c. Payment must be made in full before or upon completion of the service. We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. Any additional charges or fees will be clearly communicated to the customer before the service is completed.
d. In the event of cancellation, the customer must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Any deposit or payment made will be refunded in full for cancellations made within this time period. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service cost.
e. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, vehicle breakdown, or any other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide the customer with as much notice as possible and offer an alternative service date or a full refund.
